Preparation for the purchasing

Whilst the search process is underway we at ProPractices work closely with potential buyers, especially first time buyers, to prepare them for the buying process.

This may include the following activities depending on requirements:

  • Preparing a business plan
  • Preparing the funding package to include deposits, equity and bank finance
  • Professional and skills development – identifying areas for professional and self development for you and potential staff in preparation for managing your practice post-purchase e.g. marketing, accounting, purchasing, HR etc
