Bank lending for a practice purchase is ever-changing and ProPractices have excellent relationships with healthcare lending banks to ensure the most competitive loan facilities are available to our clients.
ProPractices will prepare a comprehensive lender pack for lenders to assess the proposition, thus ensuring that your finance application has the best chance of success. As we are independent we will issue your lending proposition to multiple banks in order to secure the most competitive interest rates and terms.
The lender pack report includes the a business summary of the practice, your business and practicing credentials as well as key financial information required by the bank to assess your application. We would generally expect a decision in principle from the healthcare banking teams within 48 hours.
We will discuss the offers with you, liaise with the banks where further information is required and advise you on the best possible course of action. As the purchase moves forward we will continue to provide support and guidance until completion.
